WBHRB GDMO RECRUITMENT 2018 - West Bengal Health Recruitment Board (WBHRB) has released the notification for the recruitment of 1098 General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO). The selection will be made on the basis of knowledge test/Interview. The post is temporary but likely to be permanent. The eligible candidates can apply from the link given on this page below.

Every month General Duty Medical Officers shall be selected till further order. The application shall be accepted from 1st to 10th day of every month, and the interview shall be held on 21st and 22nd of the respective month during 10 am to 5 pm (when either or both the days fall on any public holiday, or Saturday and Sunday, the next working day shall be automatically considered for interview).

WBHRB GDMO Recruitment 2018 - Eligibility Criteria

ELIGIBILITY	DETAILS
Age Limit	Not more than 36 years for ordinary Medical Graduates and 40 years for those possessing Post-graduates (As on 01.01.2018).
Educational Qualification	Essential: Any of the Medical qualifications included in the First and Second Schedule and Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and registration as Medical Practitioner in West Bengal Desirable: 6 Months practical training as House Staff in Government hospital or other recognized Institution.
Language	Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali.
Others	Selected candidates must be registered as Medical Practitioners in West Bengal prior to joining. Selected candidates may, if required, be liable, before completing 10 (ten) years service or ordinarily before attaining the age of 45, to serve in any post or service connected with Defence of India for a minimum period of 4 (four) years including period of training, if any
